Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age; However, certain kitchen equipment may only be operated by individuals 18 years of age or older
Flexible work availability, including late nights and holidays
Reliable transportation
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Authorized to work in the United States - We use E-Verify
Pursuant to NH HB 1038, no employee may be a registered sex offender
Ability to stand up to 12 hours
Ability to move about the restaurant to access the dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area.
Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position. May use a register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
Ability to constantly position self to maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including under the tables and prep areas. Also, to retrieve product.
Ability to frequently communicate with fellow employees or guests and exchange accurate information.
Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems to perform most job duties.
Ability to frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Take orders and demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu to address any guest inquiries.
Prepare food items promptly and precisely while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines.
Potential positions include cashier, grill/sandwich cook, dishwasher, and/or cleaning responsibilities.
