About The Position
This role is for a Closing/Afternoon Shift Crew Member who will be part of a team that maintains high energy and excellent service through the end of the day. The company, The Salema Group, is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine since 1979. Please note that this role is to work for a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., or any of their affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their employees and set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming experience for guests stopping in later in the day
- Prepare drinks, sandwiches, and bakery items to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including dining, prep, and equipment
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures
