About The Position

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain experience across multiple departments while developing workforce skills in customer service, safety management, and effective communication. Crew members may work as a Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, or Front Desk Membership Sales associate. Applicants are considered for these opportunities through an application; prior work experience is not required. The role involves close interaction with park members, guests, and colleagues in a fun, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering a friendly, memorable customer experience and maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Able to communicate and interact frequently with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role in entertainment, retail, service, fitness, or a similar industry is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities
