About The Position

S&L Industrial is looking for motivated and reliable Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining road safety and infrastructure through hands-on pavement marking and traffic control work. Requirements

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting demands is necessary.

Nice To Haves

Class A or B, CDL a plus.
Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized equipment.
Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
Operate and perform basic maintenance on CDL required vehicles, such as trucks and striping machines.
Perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
