About The Position

S&L Industrial is looking for motivated and reliable Crew Members to join their team in Rock Springs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining road safety and infrastructure through hands-on pavement marking and traffic control work. S&L Industrial provides traffic control and pavement marking services, valuing the safety of their employees and operating with integrity. They are an operating company of Road Safety Services (RSS), a leading provider of pavement marking and traffic control services across North America.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting demands

Nice To Haves

• Class A or B, CDL a plus
• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized equipment.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on CDL required vehicles, such as trucks and striping machines.
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
