Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age (some equipment may require 18 years of age).
Flexible work availability, including late nights and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Authorized to work in the United States (uses E-Verify).
Ability to stand up to 12 hours.
Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position. May use a register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
Ability to constantly position self to maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including under the tables and prep areas, and to retrieve product.
Ability to frequently communicate with fellow employees or guests and exchange accurate information.
Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems.
Ability to frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in environments with constant exposure to low temperatures (walk-in freezer and cooler) and high heat (walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens).

Responsibilities

Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Take orders and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu to address guest inquiries.
Prepare food items promptly and precisely while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines.
Perform duties as cashier, grill/sandwich cook, dishwasher, and/or cleaning responsibilities.
