About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Team Member to join our staff. This role is responsible for helping create a great guest experience by preparing sandwiches, sides, drinks, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supporting daily front- and back-of-house operations for a new sandwich concept powered by Sabrina’s Cafe.

Requirements

• Food service/fast casual or restaurant experience required.
• Line work including but not limited to sandwich preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to help wherever needed, both front and back of house
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed
• 1+ year restaurant experience
• Are comfortable working in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare all food items in accordance with recipes, company standards, and food safety/sanitary regulations
• Prepare food daily based on expected volume and workload
• Properly store, label, date, and rotate all food products
• Package food orders accurately and efficiently for takeout and delivery
• Prepare drinks and assist with beverage station needs as needed
• Work with delivery drivers to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and sent out on time
• Wash light pans, utensils, smallwares, and maintain general kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift
• Restock supplies, ingredients, packaging, and service items as needed
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
• Communicate and work closely with fellow team members and managers to provide a smooth and positive guest experience
• Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
• Support other duties as assigned to help the team and business operate successfully
• Monitor portion sizes, properly store, label, and date all stored foods
• Prepare foods on a daily basis for expected work load
• Use and keep work areas, equipment, and utensils in good operating function and cleanliness so as to provide a quality product and optimal safety
• Work with fellow team members to fulfill customer experience
