About The Position
Crew Members at Sip and Brew in the San Antonio International Airport prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare products according to operational and quality standards.
- Serve products enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment.
- Greet and acknowledge guests and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
- Accurately total, process, and collect guest payments using the point-of-sale system and following cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Stay knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products.
- Recommend items that fit guests’ needs, particularly when asked about potential food allergens.
- Help create first-class experiences for the traveling public.
