About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking energetic and communicative individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you will be trained to work every position in the restaurant, from the register to the grill, and participate in both morning prep and evening close. Our unique work environment features an open kitchen, creating a fun, loud, and communicative atmosphere where burger creation is part of the customer experience. We also offer a unique crew bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses twice weekly, allowing crew members to potentially earn higher incomes.
