About The Position

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
Perform repetitive motions (including hand and wrist movements)
Work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and over the phone
Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order preparation
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning duties
Adapt to different responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
