About The Position

This position involves preparing doughs and other products such as lemonade, butter, frozen beverages, and specialized coffees. The role includes rolling and twisting pretzels or Cinnabon products from scratch, preparing them for baking, monitoring ovens, and adding post-bake toppings. Additionally, the Crew Member will prepare drinks, bag orders, operate cash registers, set up and clean equipment, and maintain store cleanliness. Adherence to company dress code, personal appearance standards, and all franchisor policies and procedures, including safety and environmental regulations, is required. The role also involves performing all duties safely and effectively, consistent with company guidelines, and undertaking other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Must possess a positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
Must have dependable transportation and be readily contacted by phone.
Must comply with state and federal age regulations regarding operation of equipment in the store (Must be over the age of 18 to operate our equipment).

Responsibilities

Prepare doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, frozen beverages, specialized coffees, etc.).
Roll and twist pretzels or Cinnabon products from scratch.
Prepared product for baking.
Insert, rotate and manage baking of trays and pans; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color.
Add post-bake toppings as required to fill warmer or according to guests orders.
Prepare drinks and bag orders.
Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers.
Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection.
Accurately operate cash registers In accordance with Cash Register Procedures.
Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening.
Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift.
Comply at all times with A Novel Idea’s dress code and personal appearance standards.
Comply with all Franchisors policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et.al.
Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Auntie Anne's, Inc and Cinnabon.
Perform other duties as directed by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.
