About The Position
Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking energetic and communicative individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you will be trained to work every position in the restaurant, from register to grill, and participate in both morning prep and evening close. Our unique work environment fosters teamwork and involves all aspects of restaurant operations. We offer an open kitchen experience that is fun, loud, and requires constant team communication, with burger creation being a key part of the customer experience. Additionally, our unique crew bonus program provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses twice weekly, significantly increasing earning potential.
