Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming Registration, as required
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift, carry, and move items consistent with food service duties

Prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with established recipes, portion controls, and quality standards
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests
Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, and gaming regulations
Accurately handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls
Work cooperatively with team members and management to support daily operations
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during peak service periods
Uphold guest confidentiality and casino service standards
