About The Position

Baja Fresh is looking for a friendly and energetic Cashier/Crew Member to join their team. This role involves greeting guests, preparing orders, handling cash, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Team player with a high energy, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills
• Must be able to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule
• Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures
• Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Must be able to perform cleaning duties (wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping)
• Must be able to lift and/or move 10 pounds
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly way and make a great first impression of the store
• Take and prepare orders according to brand standards
• Perform cashier duties and reconcile cash
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Put away stock as assigned
• Set-up and break-down service areas
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintain clean and sanitized work and public areas
• Prep in advance in an organized and timely manner
