About The Position

This position is part time, 10-20 hrs per week to start. Day Shift - 6am-4pm availability, 7 days per week. Join us in building exceptional projects while developing your skills in a supportive environment!

Requirements

• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.
• A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in masonry, concrete finishing, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction estimating techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various construction tasks including masonry, caulking, and concrete finishing.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
