About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated person who is eager to grow professionally with us! We are an emerging company of nearly 20 years and are completing our first year in Arizona as 1-800 STRIPER of South Phoenix. This position will have opportunities to grow and fill in bigger shoes as the company expands! The Operations Manager plans and oversees the daily operations of 1-800 STRIPER of South Phoenix to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Our company is a leading provider of parking lot striping and maintenance in the country and recently throughout Arizona, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. 1-800-Striper has worked with some of the top Paving, Sealing and Property Management companies and we take pride in delivering outstanding service. Requirements

• Experienced with line striping and the use of paint striping machines and equipment.
• Familiar with and can perform minor construction including parking sign and wheel stop installations.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• A valid and clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support multiple crews prioritizing work.
• Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
• Enforces all company safety policies and procedures.
• Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Tracks inventory.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including Field Worker discipline and documentation.
• Approve Field Workers’ timesheets for payroll by deadline.
• Responsible for all customer relations.
• Implementing, training, and managing software applicable to customer relations.
• Ensures workspaces are clean and organized.
