This role involves interacting with guests in various areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, kiosks, digital orders, and the drive-thru. Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent guest service by recognizing guest needs in a timely and efficient manner, including greeting guests, taking orders, and customizing meals.
  • Customizes and completes every order, which includes collecting payment and making change, preparing and assembling orders (drinks, fries/sides, food items), and ensuring order accuracy before timely delivery.
  • Interacts with guests to ensure all needs/expectations are exceeded, including communicating vendor stories and suggesting new products.
  • Interacts with all team members to ensure guest needs and expectations are met.
  • Maintains the dining area in a clean and neat manner, including clearing and wiping tables, sweeping, spot mopping, cleaning glass, and emptying trash.
  • Maintains work areas in a neat, clean, and sanitized manner.
  • Maintains restroom cleanliness and replenishes items, including cleaning all areas of the parking lot and patio, restrooms, and preparing restrooms for the next day before closing.
  • Maintains in-use stock (straws, napkins, cups, lids, ice, condiments, etc.) at adequate levels.
  • Maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Puts away stock and rotates products as needed, using appropriate day labeling and stocking procedures for food and facility safety.
  • Maintains knowledge of recipes, builds, ingredient attributes, and allergen information for every menu item.
