About The Position

Responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations at assigned sites, ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient crew management under the supervision of a Field Supervisor or Area Manager.

Requirements

• 1+ year landscape maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• English communication skills
• Experience driving and pulling a trailer
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long hours
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and (if applicable) DOT physical
• Reliable transportation and adherence to company dress code
• Use of smartphone and basic irrigation/landscape tools

Nice To Haves

• 2 years preferred landscape maintenance experience
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage daily tasks for the crew
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites
• Perform and oversee all maintenance tasks (mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.)
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and irrigation systems
• Reporting site updates, issues, and enhancement opportunities
• Submit accurate timecards and application records
• Train crew members and promote a positive work environment
• Communicate with clients and escalate concerns to Supervisor
• Enforce company policies and lead by example
