About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a full-time Crew Leader for the 2nd shift at their DSCC location in Whitehall, Ohio. The role involves overseeing cleaning tasks, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of 8-10 employees. Transportation is available from Newark to the job site.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right-hand corner on Driver’s license or State ID)
• Successfully pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC included)

Nice To Haves

• Supervise 8-10 employees
• Meet attendance standards
• Ability to work without supervision
• Meet established production and quality control standards
• Maintain accurate records
• Communicates well with the public
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned cleaning task per contract requirements
• Comply with all production and quality control standards
• Attend all training requirements as directed by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
