About The Position

Supervise a crew, and participate in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all aspects of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems, including water and wastewater mains, services, pumps, valves, manholes, lift stations, meter reading, and related infrastructure., in a safe, effective, and efficient manner in order to ensure public health and safety; while maintaining compliance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High school graduation, or its equivalent
• At least two years of experience operating light equipment and/or heavy equipment
• State of Texas Class C drivers license
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within six (6) months of employment
• Class C license in Water within 1 year of employment
• Class 1 license in Wastewater Collection from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality within 1 year of employment
