About The Position
Viking Moving and Storage is looking for an experienced Crew Leader to lead our moving teams. If you have 3+ years of moving experience, are reliable, physically fit, and enjoy working with people, we want you on our team!
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years moving company experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely pack and protect customers’ belongings using proper materials.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
- Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage.
- Secure items for safe transport.
- Operate moving trucks safely to and from destinations.
- Navigate efficiently and communicate any issues to management.
- Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
- Handle fragile items with extra care and address customer questions or concerns.
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Maintain clean, organized trucks and work areas.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
