Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader, Janitorial & Custodial Services to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee custodial operations, supervise and support janitorial staff, and help ensure that our customers experience clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Requirements

• A valid driver's license (Real ID) with an insurable driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel
• Ability to work from a 6-foot ladder

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial experience
• Prior supervisory experience in a custodial, facilities, or work-crew environment
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of a janitorial crew
• Assign work
• Monitor performance
• Conduct quality inspections
• Train employees
• Maintain schedules and records
• Manage supplies and equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Perform custodial duties as needed
• Partner with management to address operational needs and continuous improvement efforts
