What You'll Do
As Crew Lead, you'll oversee daily grounds maintenance operations while working alongside your team to maintain beautiful, safe, and functional properties. From landscaping and equipment maintenance to snow removal and project coordination, your leadership will keep operations running smoothly year-round.
This role combines hands-on outdoor work with team supervision, making it ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys both managing people and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

• At least five years of grounds maintenance experience
• Two or more years of supervisory experience
• A valid Virginia driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grounds maintenance operations
• Maintain beautiful, safe, and functional properties
• Perform landscaping tasks
