Requirements
- At least five years of grounds maintenance experience
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- A valid Virginia driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily grounds maintenance operations while working alongside your team to maintain beautiful, safe, and functional properties.
- Perform landscaping and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct snow removal.
- Coordinate projects.
- Keep operations running smoothly year-round.
