About The Position

The Crew Leader, Erosion Control is responsible for managing a crew of 2-3 laborers daily, overseeing and completing various erosion control tasks such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching, and crack sealing. This role requires operating mini-excavators and skid steers, completing daily paperwork including job tickets and time sheets, trenching/excavating, and loading/unloading construction materials. The Crew Leader will also communicate directly and respectfully with Client Representatives, Superintendents, and Project Managers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s license
• Experience driving a truck with trailer
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Eligible for employment in the United States
• 3 years’ construction or landscaping experience
• Experience with Bobcats and/or mini excavator
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Super Silt Fence, Silt fence, seeding, punch work, or under drain experience preferred

Responsibilities
