About The Position
Mark Anthony Group Inc. is seeking applicants to fill 4 full-time Crew Lead positions located in the Okanagan Valley. Wage: $20.25 per hour plus 4% vacation pay based on 40 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- Must be able to successfully complete a Tractor Operators Course
Nice To Haves
- Education and experience are assets but not required
Responsibilities
- Tractor driving, mowing, pruning, planting new vines, shoot & bunch thinning, hand harvesting, spraying, trimming & de-leafing
- Ability to work outdoors in various environments (cold, damp, dust, heat)
- Support the day to day oversight of the labourers in their crew
- Ensuring SOPs are followed and tasks are completed
- Be the communication point for their crew to the Crew Foreman
