This role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience by preparing, making, and serving products, while also working collaboratively with other staff. The Shift Leader directs restaurant operations in the absence of management, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Chestnut Land Company, a franchisee of Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, started in 1994 and has grown to over 100 locations across 14 states. Responsibilities

Prepping, baking, and serving pretzels as well as other products.
Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
Working together with other staff on other tasks.
Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
Assisting with training new employees.
