Crew and Drivers for Local Landscape Company
About The Position
Live, Laugh, Landscape is looking for skilled people to join their landscape design/build/maintain team as Drivers and Crew. Positions are available to showcase craftsman skills and add to your skillset. The company is a small landscaping company located in EAST Austin (close to Manor) that specializes in native plants, modern design, and steel work. They provide design and build services to homeowners and local companies that share their vision of maintaining a natural, sustainable ecosystem. The overall mission of the installation crew is to be part of a team, efficiently creating high-quality products for clients with professionalism and a mind for promoting the local ecology. They strive to blend craftsmanship and nature by building with native plantings and locally sourced materials.
Requirements
- Able to work in all weather conditions (100+ degree days, below freezing days, rain, snow, etc.).
- Able to lift 80+ pounds multiple times a day.
- Knowledge on how to operate hand tools, battery tools, landscape tools.
- Valid identification.
- Drivers must have a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, welding, concrete, masonry, and/or carpentry.
- Must be able to get to the shop located in far East Austin.
- Drivers must be over 25 years old and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Be on time every day.
- Plan ahead: look over designs, documents, and schedule.
- Work to stay on schedule while having fun.
- Operate hand tools, battery tools, and landscape tools.
- Communicate effectively.
- Finish tasks 100% to completion.
- Drive company vehicles (for drivers).
