About The Position

Fast Finance Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Used Car Salesperson to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by earning potential, we'd love to meet you. Our sales team works with customers from all credit backgrounds to help them find reliable transportation that fits their needs and budget. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build rapport and identify each customer's vehicle needs and budget.
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and available inventory.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
  • Explain financing options and assist customers through the credit application process.
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
