This role focuses on designing, implementing, and validating credit risk strategies for consumer cards across the entire lifecycle, including acquisition, underwriting, account management, exposure management, and collections. The Engagement Manager will perform detailed portfolio analysis using various data sources to identify opportunities for growth, loss mitigation, and risk optimization. They will also develop and enhance credit risk models and decision frameworks, deliver performance reports and dashboards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. A key aspect of the role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, driving innovation through advanced analytics and automation, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
