About The Position

You will support card brand and network-related activities across our payment's organization. You will help review card brand updates, analyze operational impacts, support compliance tracking and partner with cross-functional teams to help drive execution. You will contribute to the work that helps keep card programs aligned with network requirements while supporting business priorities. You will gain exposure to card brands, payments operations and internal stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • High school graduate/GED
  • 2 years of experience in financial services, payments, operations, compliance or a related area.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics
  • Basic understanding of card payments, card networks or banking operations
  • Exposure to Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express programs
  • Experience with reporting tools or data analysis
  • Experience working across teams in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Review card brand and network communications, bulletins and rule updates.
  • Support proactive monitoring of card brand security alerts, risk notifications and related communications to help identify potential impacts and escalate issues as needed.
  • Help maintain documentation, procedures and job aids related to card brand processes.
  • Partner with internal teams such as product, operations, compliance, risk and finance.
  • Research and respond to basic questions related to card brand requirements and program support.
  • Assist with audits, reporting submissions and other network-related administrative activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, organization and process efficiency.
  • Support additional projects and team initiatives as assigned.
