About The Position
Professional, a leading national accounts receivable management services provider, is seeking Credit Representatives to join their dynamic team. This role involves assisting individuals in need by transforming the collections industry through positive and productive interactions via phone, text, live chat, and email. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with varied start times after training and a half-day Saturday rotation once a month. Initial training is onsite in Springfield, OR, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements
- Experience in collections.
- Genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- General computer skills are required with the ability to navigate multiple screens.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute.
- Good decision making skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers via phone, live chat, email and text.
- Take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Navigate cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries.
- Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns and help consumers get out of debt.
