The Credit Representative will perform analysis of Dun & Bradstreet credit report profiles to analyze payment trends and overall business viability. This role is responsible for preparing and presenting complete credit packages for management, ensuring accurate customer account records by updating customer files with limit changes, terms, and all related collection fields. The representative will also complete annual account reviews and limit increases/decreases, monitor changes in financial reporting from Dun & Bradstreet, and build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards for credit approval tracking and other projects. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and releasing holds due to credit limits and overdue amounts, identifying and communicating the root cause for delinquency, and completing weekly reporting for holds and releases to the Manager. Light collections to resolve credit releases, answering customer and field questions regarding account status, and documenting and escalating the inactive customer base for outside collections are also key responsibilities.
