About The Position

Franklin International, a leading manufacturer of adhesives, coatings, and sealants is currently seeking a full-time Credit Representative. This position is responsible for maintaining assigned Business Unit accounts receivable investment within acceptable range through proper credit granting procedures and active collection practices.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred and a minimum 2 years of cash application experience in a fast-paced environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of computer based word-processing and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Keyboard and 10-key skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Protects future accounts receivable investments through research of customers and setting appropriate limits.
• Protects current accounts receivable investments through regular monitoring of accounts and recommending action when necessary.
• Maintains customer relations though communication with customers and internal departments.
