We are seeking a Credit Manager to lead and evolve the credit function at Morris & Dickson. This is a high-impact role within our accounting and finance organization, responsible for protecting the company’s financial position while enabling responsible, scalable growth. In this role, you’ll apply strong judgment, financial acumen, and cross-functional partnership to oversee customer credit, onboarding, structured agreements, and risk mitigation. Working closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Legal, and Finance, you’ll help balance customer experience with disciplined credit practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, operates with a proactive mindset, and approaches credit as both a control function and a strategic business partner. Location This role is open to candidates based in Shreveport or remote, ideally in Dallas or a comparable market nearby.
