Toromont Cat is seeking a Credit Manager to join their team at the Winnipeg Branch. Requirements

• Must have post-secondary education in Business Administration with a strong Accounting capability.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office; excel intermediate level
• Knowledge of accounting and legal aspects of credit
• Must have excellent communications skills with customers in order to make collection calls.
• Ability to analyze a customer’s Financial Statement and utilize Equifax to properly determine the credit worthiness of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Opens and processes new credit accounts
• Collects and follows-up on customers’ accounts
• Releases orders on credit hold
• Reconciles accounts
• Handles customers credit limits
• Issues weekly reports
• Supports other employees within the department
