About The Position

This role supports the Fidelity credit disputes portfolio and is responsible for researching and resolving credit card dispute cases while managing a daily inventory of work. Responsibilities include reviewing new cases, processing dispute claims, handling case-related correspondence, communicating with cardholders and internal partners, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple priorities, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, provide strong customer service, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
