Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • 1+ year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze suspicious financial activity, including potential money laundering and Title 31 violations
  • Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reporting and regulatory compliance efforts
  • Perform public records research to evaluate patron financial background and risk factors
  • Utilize tools such as LexisNexis and World-Check to analyze patron data
  • Prepare detailed reports and investigation summaries for leadership
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
  • Create compliance packets to support monthly regulatory agendas
  • Review wire transfers and check processing to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Partner with internal departments to gather information and support investigations
  • Conduct and review Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations, providing detailed analysis and documentation
