Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- 1+ year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze suspicious financial activity, including potential money laundering and Title 31 violations
- Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reporting and regulatory compliance efforts
- Perform public records research to evaluate patron financial background and risk factors
- Utilize tools such as LexisNexis and World-Check to analyze patron data
- Prepare detailed reports and investigation summaries for leadership
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Create compliance packets to support monthly regulatory agendas
- Review wire transfers and check processing to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Partner with internal departments to gather information and support investigations
- Conduct and review Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations, providing detailed analysis and documentation
