About The Position

This Credit Cards and Payments Product Strategist role is for a self-directed, analytical thinker who can turn insights into action and bring forward-thinking payments strategies to life. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in card services, payments, or product management (financial services preferred)
  • Proven success driving product growth and innovation
  • Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally to implement solutions
  • Proactive, accountable, and self-driven
  • Analytical and structured, with a bias for action
  • Curious and forward-thinking about payments and fintech
  • Strong communicator who simplifies complex ideas
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our card portfolio strategy
  • Lead development and optimization of credit and debit card programs (features, pricing, benefits)
  • Anticipate payments trends and bring innovative solutions to market quickly
  • Use data to uncover insights, drive performance, and improve interchange and portfolio growth
  • Leverage new tools and technology, including AI, to elevate results
  • Drive enterprise impact
  • Collaborate across teams to support growth in lending, business banking, and beyond
  • Improve servicing models and empower teams with tools and insights

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and member expectations
