Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive commercial collections expertise.
- Deep familiarity with AR aging reports and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a strict attention to operational follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative workflows for active, aging, and delinquent commercial accounts.
- Execute daily communication strategies to accelerate receivable cycles.
- Meet specific weekly and monthly cash recovery objectives.
- Generate and analyze daily operational performance metrics.
- Resolve short payments, offset complex credits, and allocate unapplied cash.
- Ensure assigned client portfolios strictly adhere to agreed payment terms.
- Conduct strategic weekly evaluations to isolate and resolve high-risk accounts.
