About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to help support sound lending decisions through financial analysis and credit evaluation. In this role, you'll analyze moderately complex commercial and mortgage loan requests, prepare detailed financial assessments, and collaborate with lending teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, financial services, or agricultural lending preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze commercial and mortgage loan requests that require in-depth credit review.
  • Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information, and related documentation.
  • Prepare cash flow projections, ratio analysis, financial trends, and loan narratives.
  • Gather and validate customer financial information to ensure complete and accurate analysis.
  • Monitor loan covenants, borrowing base reports, and portfolio exceptions.
  • Support loan servicing, annual reviews, and government-guaranteed loan reporting.
  • Participate in internal credit reviews and collaborate with credit leadership to identify and document findings.
  • Make credit decisions within delegated authority.
