Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of financial statement analysis experience
• Solid ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with integrity
• Must be conscientious regarding detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
• Commitment to the organization’s core values
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Relationship Building - Ability to develop and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to influence others through informal leadership.
• Communication – Strong ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally).
• Problem Solving – Ability to identify a problems root cause and drive to resolution. Ability to escalate where appropriate and ensure follow through.
• Business Acumen-Basic understanding of the Banking industry and business environment both internally and externally.
• Computer skills - Word - Excel - PowerPoint – Outlook

Responsibilities

• Complete loan reviews timely and accurately
• Understand and analyze credit information on a variety of loan types
• Assess and compare attributes of a credit relationship to loan risk rating definitions
• Provide well-supported rating recommendations
• Efficiently prepare accurate financial statement spreads for reviews and new loan proposals
• Efficiently prepare effective written analysis
• Effectively support multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders
