As a Credit Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing personal and business financials, creating comprehensive loan approval packages and making recommendations to senior management and credit committees. This role also monitors the existing loan portfolio performance and creates loan reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze personal and business financials for potential and existing loan customers.
  • Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify any policy exceptions.
  • Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
  • Perform required monitoring of existing loan portfolio performance.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for audits and exams.
  • Maintain various loan related databases.
  • Utilize Power BI to create loan reports.
  • Embody a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
  • Apply curiosity and interest in our core values and pursue education related to sustainability practices.
  • Be willing to pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Recognize the importance of protecting the organization and our customers.
  • Question suspicious activity and stay in close collaboration with our Compliance department to ensure proper investigation and processing of potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Stay informed on legal context and regulatory requirements and prioritize completing all web-based compliance and IT training.
