Requirements
- Actively pursuing a college degree in a business-related field.
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027, 2028, or 2029.
- Good academic performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Learn the Credit Analyst position and its function within the loan department.
- Job shadow other areas of the bank to learn about banking and how each department affects one another.
- Introduction to banking regulations and compliance with regulations.
- Attend the Iowa Bankers Association Intern Program.
