Join us and find out how a little empathy changes everything. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will support the credentialing process for new hires within Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System. This includes: Processing credentialing requests for initial hires Analyzing and evaluating primary source verification data and documentation Ensuring compliance with Emplify Health and external regulatory requirements Assessing the quality and completeness of credentialing materials Collaborating with Department Chairs to develop and maintain standard credentialing criteria.

Requirements

Associate degree in Healthcare, Legal, or Business
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, legal, or business settings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior credentialing experience preferred

Responsibilities
