This role involves managing credentialing processes, working with payors and providers, reviewing contracts, and ensuring departmental operations are efficient and accurate. The position also requires identifying process improvements and fostering interdepartmental collaboration. The role leads, coaches, and mentors Billing & Authorization Staff.
