About The Position

Liberty Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join its Revenue Cycle team. The coordinator manages provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities, ensures compliance with payer requirements, maintains accurate provider records, and supports agency billing and reimbursement efforts. This is a hybrid position based in Syracuse, New York, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour. Liberty Resources is a nonprofit human services agency supporting the health and well-being of individuals and communities throughout Central New York. Responsibilities

Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing with third-party payers.
Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications.
Maintain accurate provider records and ensure documentation remains current.
Monitor and track credential expiration dates to prevent billing interruptions.
Manage credentialing software and generate reports as needed.
Collaborate with leadership, operations, Human Resources, and providers regarding credentialing requirements.
Research and resolve credentialing issues and discrepancies.
Stay informed of payer credentialing policies and updates.
Assist with developing and maintaining credentialing policies and procedures.
