NASW works to enhance the professional growth and development of its members, to create and maintain professional standards, and to advance sound social policies. Under the strategic direction of the Director of Workforce Advancement & Strategies, the Credentialing and Continuing Education Manager leads the strategy, operations, and growth of NASW’s Credentialing, Continuing Education (CE) Approval, and Specialty Practice programs. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening revenue-generating product lines, building strategic partnerships, and developing a high-performing team.
