About The Position

Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S.—from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country. We're looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist to support payer enrollment for our providers, including radiologists, cardiologists, and optometrists. You'll keep provider files organized, applications moving, and deadlines on track, working within our credentialing workflows and platform. This role is a great fit for someone dependable, thorough, and comfortable working closely with providers and customer teams to get the details right. This is a temporary position on a 2-month contract, with the potential to extend.

Requirements

• Experience with payer enrollment and credentialing; experience in a radiology department or practice is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience managing CAQH profiles and using credentialing and enrollment platforms; experience with a platform like Modio is a plus.
• Experience working across healthcare settings such as health systems, hospitals, and outpatient clinics; experience with radiologists preferred.
• Organized, dependable self-starter with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit credentialing and payer enrollment applications for Imagen providers across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans, following each customer's requirements and timelines.
• Review provider documentation and professional history against customer requirements to confirm applications are complete before submission.
• Enter, update, and maintain provider information in internal databases and CAQH profiles, keeping records accurate and current.
• Track application status and follow up with payers, providers, and customers on missing items or delays.
• Coordinate with the Medical Affairs team on customer-specific timelines and requirements.
• Send regular status updates to internal stakeholders on application progress and any issues that could cause delays.
• Keep provider files organized and audit-ready, and pull records for audits and compliance reviews as requested.
