Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Current Certified Veterinary Technician credential

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental radiography
• Experience with surgical assisting
• Experience with exotic patient care
• Interest in continuing to grow technical skills within veterinary medicine

Responsibilities

• Handle full scope of veterinary technician duties, including diagnostics, surgery preparation, patient monitoring, and recovery.
• Accurately and efficiently perform lab work and imaging.
• Assist with surgical procedures, including preparation and monitoring.
• Ensure patient comfort and calmness during procedures.
• Provide technical support to veterinarians, allowing them to focus on medicine.
• Ensure clients are confident in the care their pet receives.
